Just a quick wallpaper I knocked up this afternoon.
The cast of the upcoming Watchmen movie. From left to right - The Comedian, The Nite Owl, Ozymandias, Rorschach and the Silk Spectre. Oddly enough, the only main character missing is Dr. Manhattan but I spose they want to save his reveal for the cinemas. I do not own either the original comic (that's Alan Moore) or the movie derived therefrom (that's Zack Snyder) although I wish I did. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. The Comedian looks awesome.
I saw this on imdb.
At first glance, I thought The Nite Owl was batman when I saw it on yahoo...
The other thing that bodes well for this movie is that Alan Moore doesn't seem to actively hate this one. Can't wait.

I giggled when I saw his photo - the smiley face badge and all - just so happy with their attention to detail I think.
Also had similar thoughts about Nite Owl, I can already hear the critics and people who won't even know the comic exists complaining about how the film 'rips off batman'.
